It’s gratitude day here, also known as Thanksgiving. Despite the holiday’s controversial history, an emphasis on gratitude is welcome.
Thank you to all my friends, fans and colleagues! 2019 was a year of great transition, and near devastation for me – what got me through was the generosity of friends, and support of organizers and fans, to help me turn the corner towards self-sufficiency as an artist.
Sometimes when we are trying so hard to make it in this industry, things can feel really competitive. It’s important to remember we are all in this underground music scene, and in this world, together. The healthiest competition is always with yourself – to be the very best you can be!
